Giving Matters for Our Students
Each year, the Friends of the Museum School has a goal to raise $130,000 to support the Museum School’s art, music, PE, and enrichment programs. This comes to $565.00 per student per year. However, any amount can help. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today.

3. Follow the instructions on your phone to complete a donation.
4. You can make a one-time donation or schedule monthly donations.

Friends Of Museum School Mission
Our mission is to support the education of children at the Museum School in order to provide enrichment programs and other benefits for students. We come together as parents and caregivers to create events and opportunities that support the school financially and foster relationships between parents, teachers, students and the outside community.
FOMS is a volunteer organization consisting of parents and caregivers of Museum School students. Everyone is welcome to join FOMS, and there are no dues or papers to fill out in order to participate. We understand that different families can contribute in different ways, so we offer a variety of opportunities to contribute. We strive for 100% participation from our school families and have a huge range of opportunities, from giving a monthly financial pledge to helping organize teacher appreciation week, from getting donations for our annual gala to contributing your personal expertise. There is something for everyone.
FOMS is our parent volunteer organization. FOMS meetings happen every second Tuesday of each month on google meet. Meetings are posted on the school's google calendar along with the meeting link.
Free Money!
There are a number of ways Museum School is eligible to recieve “Free Money”. Register today and earn passive income all year long for our little school. It only take a few minutes to sign up for these programs. Please share this page with family and friends, and together we can earn money for Museum School all year long!

Ralph's Community Contribution Program
This program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your Card to an organization, all you have to do is shop at Ralphs and swipe your Shopper’s Card.
Register for the upcoming school year online at www.ralphs.com by clicking the link below or by calling at 800-443-4438. We are “MUSEUM SCHOOL # 83425” in this program.
Shoparoo
Shop, Snap, Earn. Download the Shoparoo app on your smartphone, and upload pictures of grocery receipts. Schools with 50 supporters average $1000 per year of earnings. We currently have 40 supporters, let’s add a few more. We can do this! We earned $60 in the 2016/2017 school year with a handful of active supporters.
eScrip
Sign up online for eScrip at www.escrip.com. Use our school’s id – #164756820 – the Museum Charter School. When you shop at a participating store, a percentage (1% to 5%) of your purchase will be donated to Museum School. Participating stores include Lazy Acres and Bristol Farms.
eScrip Dining
Earn money for Museum School when you dine with eScrip Dining. Many restaurants donate 5% of your bill when you pay with a registered credit card. After you register your credit cards with eScrip Dining, you never have to think about it again. Many restaurants participate in this program including Jimmy Carter’s Mexican Cafe, Starlite, Burger Lounge, Golden Spoon and many more! We are “Museum Charter School” on this site. Volunteering
Volunteer Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in volunteering! The Museum school is always looking for parent/family volunteers. From assisting teachers in the classroom to clerical work that lightens the load of the school, there's always a way you can help.
If you are volunteering on a one-time basis we will need to check your government-issued ID.
If you plan on volunteering on a regular basis we will need you to:

Show proof of Tuberculosis(TB) Clearance
Undergo a Megan’s Law Background Check
Please fill out this SCHOOL VOLUNTEER APPLICATION no matter how often you will volunteer.
Volunteer Drivers
If you are able to help out as a driver on field trips, it is essential that you fill out this Volunteer Driver Form, provide current registration and insurance, and agree to a background check by providing your current driver’s license to our office staff.
Volunteer Handy Helpers
Everything from simple repairs and upkeep to weekly cleanings(wipe down and disinfect desks, chairs, equipment, lunch area, etc). If you are able to help out with your time, please let Phil know at phil@museumschool.org
